This mixed-use Midtown development tests the City of Yes initiative which includes renovating the interiors of an existing building to reposition it into the neighborhood as an emerging source of economic growth and housing stability. This building encouraging pedestrian engagement and activity through transparent views of private industrial businesses and inviting outdoor green spaces inside. It offers affordable options for single individuals to multi-generational families. This fosters a vibrant, central hub for commerce, industrial, and community interaction.
