    • Delivered the Learning Center, a design build project expanding garden facilities into an education hub for the 123rd Garden Block community in Harlem by leading a 7-person student team through design charrettes, community outreach, and technical drawings.

    • Created design documentation and renderings for 19 Rockwell Place (residential) and 550 Clinton (adaptive reuse medical) by producing detailed Revit perspectives and CDs, while coordinating lighting, furniture, and finish schedules in Excel to streamline consultant collaboration.

    • Managed a 200 sq. ft. material library, while coordinating one-on-one meetings with vendors and showroom representatives, gaining strong familiarity with more than a dozen varieties of material to aid in the interior design pallet for a 110 E 60th (interiors) project.

    • Spearheaded modern architectural woodwork installations by producing detailed shop drawings in Rhino and AutoCAD and conducting weekly quality inspections across 3+ clients, expediting construction while ensuring code compliance and client satisfaction.

    • Delivered the PLAYground, a multifunctional amphitheater and playscape for the Pueblo Islita community, through collaboration with 8 student designers; leading the curation of presentation decks and graphical identity with InDesign that secured funding and community support.
