• Assist in multiple commercial, residential, and private education projects from PD to CD phases, ensuring accuracy by performing site surveys and producing AutoCAD and Revit drawings for existing conditions, demolition, test fits, and structural reconfigurations, etc.

• Promoted from Architectural Assistant role, managing the BIM workflow for 35-01 36th Street Tacuba, a repositioning of an existing office building into a mixed-use facility with a public market, daycare, and private arts tenants, in partnership with the Museum of the Moving Image and the City of New York; contributing to the design development process and the preparation of the bid decks.

Design Build Director at American Institute of Architecture Students

Aug 2024 - Present

• Delivered the Learning Center, a design build project expanding garden facilities into an education hub for the 123rd Garden Block community in Harlem by leading a 7-person student team through design charrettes, community outreach, and technical drawings.

• Managing the design development and grant & funding strategy plan on our ongoing 2025 Lotus Pond project with the 119th St. Gatehouse Community Garden by leading the preparation and review of proposals for a self-sustaining hydroponic oasis zone and streamlining feedback.

Project Management Intern, Capital Program at NYC Economic Development Corporation

• Advanced the design and construction of major capital projects: Coney Island Abe Stark Arena, Bronx Museum of Arts and 79th Boat Basin, totaling $800M in development value by driving budgeting and cost feasibility efforts, including change order evaluation.

• Led the development and presentation of the TIDE Capstone Project to the NYCEDC Board of Directors, proposing the transformation of a vacant powerhouse in Bush Terminal, Brooklyn into an educational and career development hub for maritime and skilled workers; directed all renderings, drawings, and graphics to clearly communicate project vision and community impact.

Studio Assistant + Junior Architect at Goldner Architects

• Promoted to Assistant + Junior Architect role, contributing to the design development of 522 Atlantic, an adaptive reuse project from SD to DD by collaborating with project architects in design concepts and developing layout schematics in AutoCAD.

• Enhanced client engagement through proposal presentations in collaboration with the principal, creating clear storefront signage mockups and schematic circulation layouts with Illustrator and Photoshop.

Architectural Design Intern at Goldner Architects

• Created design documentation and renderings for 19 Rockwell Place (residential) and 550 Clinton (adaptive reuse medical) by producing detailed Revit perspectives and CDs, while coordinating lighting, furniture, and finish schedules in Excel to streamline consultant collaboration.

• Managed a 200 sq. ft. material library, while coordinating one-on-one meetings with vendors and showroom representatives, gaining strong familiarity with more than a dozen varieties of material to aid in the interior design pallet for a 110 E 60th (interiors) project.

Architectural Millwork Designer at MZ WoodWork

• Spearheaded modern architectural woodwork installations by producing detailed shop drawings in Rhino and AutoCAD and conducting weekly quality inspections across 3+ clients, expediting construction while ensuring code compliance and client satisfaction.

Architectural Design + Build Intern at TallerKEN Studio

• Delivered the PLAYground, a multifunctional amphitheater and playscape for the Pueblo Islita community, through collaboration with 8 student designers; leading the curation of presentation decks and graphical identity with InDesign that secured funding and community support.
